Personally, I’m never for spending money or buying useless sh*t from companies whose values I don’t agree with ✖️⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
BUT, I’m all for saving money on things you actually need from companies doing the right thing ✔️⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
There are some things I’ve been meaning to buy for a while and couldn’t find second hand... @veja shoes, period underwear (I went for @bondsaus because the reviews were the best) and a few Christmas presents for example.⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’ve bought these things this week because I need them, they’re from companies who I support and well, because why shouldn’t I save some money? A lot of sustainable brands are inaccessible to people due to the price, these sales are a great way for people to overcome this (as well as buying things second hand). ⠀

I’m that person who brushed my teeth while walking around the house doing other things to be more ‘productive’ so it’s hard for me to accept the idea of slowing down. I often squeeze a million things into my day and then complain that I can’t find time to meditate and have ‘me-time’ 💛 Here is where @ThePurityProjectSkinCare come into it with the idea of mindful skincare. What are some of your favourite things to do before you go to sleep or when you wake up in the morning? List down a few things you could do in the morning or night that would set up your day or your sleep for the better 🌛 Choose a few of the most important ones and think about how long they’d take. Wake up and go to bed a bit earlier to make time for you to do those things 🌞 I'd love to know if you already have some rituals! Comment below.⁠

The last simple way you can slow down and create a little more space in your everyday life is by single-tasking. This one is super simple, ready? Do one thing at a time ⭐ That’s it! Focus on the one thing you’re doing and allow your mind to simply float around instead of jamming it with another thing.⁠
