DIY Essential Oil Sleep Well Pillow Spray

I love this pillow spray.  Use a second hand or recycled spray bottle to make it zero waste. You can adapt it to your liking, using one or a mix of various oils. Mine is a mix of patchoulli, lavendar, ylang ylang and bergamont. Other relaxing oils include sandalwood, cedarwood, frankincense and marjoram.   It is so easy and will take you one minute to make. I love spraying mine before sleep, it helps me wind down and signals my mind that it’s time for rest. I have really been working on making my bedroom more peaceful lately. I used to have a TV in my room and heaps of furniture.…

Oil works a treat and it much safer for your skin and eyes. I keep a little jar of coconut oil in the bathroom which I use to remove makeup before I wash my face (you really don’t even need to wash your face it works so well). But if you are unlike me and like to actually have nice things and know how to…

    DIY Extra Strength Deodorant Paste

My favourite deodorant! Believe me, I was skeptical. I live in tropical Western Australia (if it’s 28 degrees Celsius, it’s a cool day). It’s better for my health and the planet. You should be able to get most of the ingredients in a bulk store or in bulk online. If you can find a local soap maker they might have similar ingredients they could sell you in bulk as well. Even if you can’t buy the…
